Meet the team.

Yadriah Ramos

Director of Food and Beverage

Growing up in the beautiful mixed culture of the Caribbean, Yadirah’s passion for food and beverage was inevitable. Volunteering at local cuisine driven events at a very young age such as Mango Melee, Jump Up, and Crucian Carnival made the transition into the hospitality industry effortless. She started as a bartender at A local 4 star resort in 2018. Through hard work and determination, she quickly rose through the ranks in becoming the bar manager and soon after, was assigned the position of Assistant General Manager where she successfully managed the daily operations of the hotel and restaurant. Her love for hospitality and customer service then gave her the opportunity to join Neighborhood Establishment Hospitality Group in March 2022. As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Yadirah strives to improve the operations of Neighborhood Establishment’s current food and beverage programs including Breakers Roar Tiki Bar, Ama Cane Bay, The Sunset Bar, VI Coffee Roasters STX, Caroline’s Breakfast & Brunch, Cream & Company. Yadirah looks forward to the continued growth and development with Neighborhood Establishment.

William Lee

Caroline’s Manager

William “Brud” Lee has a lifetime of restaurant experience at nearly every level. Growing up in a resort town in Delaware that has grown into a thriving year-round community, he began his restaurant career as a sixteen year old in a family-owned pizza restaurant which expanded from 4 locations to over 12 during his tenure, working through school and college before moving on to newer challenges. His early supervisory experiences included steakhouses, Irish pubs, delicatessens and casual Italian dining. After a brief stint as a network engineer in the Washington DC region, Brud returned to food service, successfully enjoying a variety of roles as a prep chef, sous chef, bartender, and restaurant manager. His experience ranges from 20 seat cafes to 200+ seat full-service restaurants, from fast casual takeout to award-winning fine dining. Having worked in resorts with many international guests and employees, his ability to bring together coworkers of wildly differing backgrounds has proved invaluable. During the pandemic, his organizational and team-building skills and calm demeanor were put to good use, helping navigate the ever-changing regulatory and public health hurdles while providing food and service of exemplary quality. Brud is fulfilling a fifteen year dream of relocating to St. Croix. His admiration for the island and its people began on his first visit in 2007, and grew exponentially with each visit. His alignment with the ethos of Neighborhood Establishment to serve as a catalyst for positive change while respecting and embracing culture and tradition drew him to Caroline’s Breakfast & Brunch, where he hopes to continue to improve its outstanding reputation and further integrate the restaurant into the fabric of Christiansted.
